DISTRIBUTION OF MILK FOR THE
OLD PEOPLE IN KATCHUR |
Dear Friends,
Warm Greeting from Share and Care Children’s Welfare Society I have great pleasure of thanking all the sponsors, headmasters, teachers and student, for the warm welcome and taking care of us wherever we stayed. The trip was very useful and also we learnt a lot. In this issue we bring you news about training of the new education system the teachers have undergone it has come into the curriculum of the student.

Being the Tamil new years day Share and Care had a joint Programme with the Sight Care Foundation in Manali for the Elders, Doctor Enda, Dhusan, opmetrist and Daisy vision technician from Sight Care foundation examined the elders 80 elders were present. The screening programme started at 11 am and went up to 3pm .The elders were given lunch vegetable Rice, raitha and potatoes curry. |

Birthday celeberation
To Commemorate the birthday of the Honourable Chief minister of Tamilnadu, Dr.Kalaigner M. Karunanidhi, the Katchur Panchayat and share and care had a Vazikappu celebration (Before the delivery) for 100 pregnant women

Donation from Rasthan club
The club gave free uniforms for 50 children in the Raja Annamalai Mandram, Chennai. Fatima warden and crèche teacher Kodai accompanied the children. |

Seminar on Elders Abuse
Awareness Programme on world elder’s abuse day was organized by HelpAge joined programme by Police Commissioner, Ravi Kumar Doctor Radha Krishna from General hospital Dr Shantha Rtd Director from cancer Institute. All the partners of HelpAge attended the programme. |
